4. Designs We Do Not Provide
At “Rixll,” we are committed to offering design services that respect cultural and religious values, aiming to create a creative and safe environment for all our clients. Therefore, we refuse to work on certain designs that may be sensitive to some individuals or cultures. These include:

  • Images of Women: We respect all cultures and values and follow a specific policy in our designs. Due to the cultural and religious policies of some markets we serve, we refrain from designing images that feature women. We value diversity and mutual respect for everyone, and we always strive to provide design solutions that meet our clients’ needs and respect their traditions.

  • Pornographic Content: We do not design any content that includes pornographic or provocative material. We are committed to creating a healthy and safe environment for all.

  • Alcohol and Prohibited Substances: We do not offer designs related to alcohol or prohibited substances.

  • Weapons and Violence: We do not design content containing weapons or promoting violence.

  • Racist or Offensive Content: We do not provide designs containing racist or offensive material targeting any human or cultural group.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Client Rights: Once the client has paid the due amount, the client becomes the owner of the rights to the designs created.

6. Modifications and Change Requests
Usually, all minor modifications are considered free, provided that no major and complete modification is required to the overall project structure. In some cases, additional fees may be applied in the event that complex and numerous changes are requested.

All modifications must comply with the policies mentioned above.

7. Using pre-made templates to speed up design while maintaining quality

“At ‘Rixll,’ we always strive to provide the best solutions for our business and clients. Sometimes, we use pre-designed templates, themes, or integrated parts from previous designs for websites or other designs, and then modify and customize them to fit the client’s needs. This approach allows us to speed up the implementation process and ensure outstanding results in less time, while maintaining the quality of the design and its suitability for the unique requirements of each client. We believe that using these tools does not diminish our creativity; instead, it helps us deliver innovative and effective solutions more quickly.”

8. Payment and Payment Methods
All payments must be made according to the pre-agreed terms. We accept payments via  credit cards, or any approved 

payment method.

The project amount must be paid in full before starting, or in part according to the agreement for specialized projects.

9.Return Policy

None of the amounts paid to us can be refunded because the project is being worked on directly after payment. Therefore, you must communicate and confirm the requirements before completing any payment process.

11. Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services, including content provided by the client.

Although we work hard to ensure the quality of our designs, we do not guarantee that the designs will meet the client’s expectations 100% in all cases.
